Ties That Bind original pattern by Quilt Expressions. Quick and easy with strip piecing! You'll need nine fat eighths (9" x approx. 20"), 1-7/8 yard of a background fabric and 1 yard of a light fabric for the frames and dashes. Finished size is 55" x 61".
