Aqua, Teal & Turquoise
What's the difference between teal turquoise and aqua? I'm so glad you asked! According to the color pundits, they're really just different hues of more or less the same color. Teal is darker and more greenish-blue. Aqua is a lighter blue with some green. Turquoise is somewhere in the middle. And if that isn't enough to confuse you there are lots of other names for this chameleon color--surf, seafoam, pond, lagoon, peacock, and sea glass, to name a few!
